Two bedrooms and a daybed on the upstairs landing until a queen Murphy bed arrives (king, queen, and daybed, with a Pack ’n Play stored and waiting), a full bath with a clawfoot tub, and a half bath downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, a washer and dryer, central heat and air, and a gas fireplace. Outside, the long covered north porch, a fenced yard with a paver patio and grill, and a paver driveway with room for an RV, a boat trailer, and several cars. Motorcycles have covered, secure parking, with a hose for a rinse.

The house sits in the Palatka South Historic District, one block from the St. Johns River and the boat ramp, and a short walk from downtown restaurants. All sleeping and the full bath are on the second floor, reached by stairs.
