This site belongs to Hummingbird House, a vacation rental at 220 South 4th Street in Palatka, Florida. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not sell or rent anyone’s information.
What you send us
The inquiry form on the contact page asks for your email address, your approximate travel dates, and, if you like, what brings you to Palatka. We use those details only to answer you about a stay.
The form does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email app with the message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
If you email us directly at book@hummingbirdhousefl.com, the same applies.
What this site measures
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, from the company that hosts the site, to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. They use no cookies and report only totals, not individual visitors.
Maps, video, and booking
Some pages show a Google map or a Vimeo video of the house. Those are loaded from Google and Vimeo, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. On the Palatka guide, our area map loads only when you choose to show it.
The booking page embeds OwnerRez widgets: a reservation form and a calendar. Dates and guest details you enter there go to OwnerRez and to us, and we use them to manage your stay. Payment details are handled by OwnerRez. We never see or store your full card number on this website. OwnerRez’s privacy policy applies to what you enter in the form.
